Shop Policies


We offer an Authorized Return Policy, for *eligible, full price purchases, product only, when returned unopened, unused, and in original packaging, within 5 days of delivery date. Return at customer expense.  

* Note:  Personal care product are not eligible for return.   

To initiate return, Email us at:   In subject header, write "Return" and your order number.  Please provide the reason for your return in your email.  Our Customer Service team will be in touch within 24-48 business hours with return instructions (excluding holidays and weekends).

Please be careful to pack your return items for safe transit.  Items received damaged, due to improper packaging, are not eligible for refund.  Once received, you'll be notified of refund status, within 24-48 hours  (excluding weekends and holidays).

PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED:                                                                                               Should your order arrive damaged,  email us at:, within 5 days of receipt of product.    In subject header, write "Damaged on Receipt" and your order number.  

Please attach pictures of product, and  packaging, from all 4 sides, top and bottom, clearing displaying damage to product, and the packaging.  Damage claims submitted without pictures will not be approved.  Within 24-48 hours (excluding holidays & weekends) of receipt of your email, we will be in contact with instructions.   Customer is required to retain all packaging, and product, until return instructions are provided in writing.                                                                                                            

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS:                                                                                                   Product returned, for any reason, without prior written return authorization, are not eligible for refund.  In the very rare event an unauthorized return is approved for refund, all shipping costs, as well as a 35% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund amount.

Please write "Inquiry" and your business name, in the email subject header.  Please provide as much information as possible on the reason for your inquiry, and include your name, address, contact information, and type of business (online only, store front, craft fairs, etc.). 

Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am to 4 pm CST, on Saturdays  9am to noon, and closed Sundays and Holidays.   We do our best to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible, but please allow 24-48 business hours for email response.  As always, we appreciate you!
